Refund policy

Moon & Herbs only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

We always do our best to make sure every product is perfect. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us so we can help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
